Finding the place was a hassle. Even the sat nav led me past it. The decor is as dated as a relic from the Ice Age, and the cleanliness could certainly use an upgrade. I spotted dirty marks on the walls and carpets that hadn’t seen a vacuum in days. The heating system was barely functional, and the rickety electric radiator took forever to warm up. The TV channels were a nightmare, and I couldn't find a proper list. Worst of all, the bathroom was grimy, the toilet needed serious attention, and there were cold floors that made me wish I'd brought my slippers.
